Sukh Sagar

We are a food shop that stays pretty busy because of the market right outside our door. It is a loud place with people shouting and bikes zooming past. Inside, we are usually cooking or cleaning up from the last rush. The kitchen area gets quite warm, and there is always something bubbling on the stove. We don't have a lot of space for people to lounge around, so it is mostly about getting your food and going about your day. My apron is rarely clean because there is always something spilling or splashing when we are in a hurry. We use big metal plates and simple spoons. It feels like a community here, even when things get stressful during the festival seasons. We just try to keep the food coming out hot and ready. We keep the lights on and the doors open until the market finally quiets down late at night. It is just a job we do every day.
