Shukla Pan Stall

If you walk down 33 Feet Road in Sanjay Colony you will find us tucked away in our little corner. Shukla Pan Stall isn’t a massive shop or anything like that but we have been serving the people around here for quite some time now. The road is always dusty and loud with vehicles passing by but that is just how it is in this part of the colony. We spend a lot of our day prepping the leaves and making sure all the jars are filled with the right spices and mixtures. It is a small space so everything has to be within arm’s reach or it just doesn't work out when three people show up at once wanting something. Usually it’s just one person after another stopping their bike or walking over after finishing their dinner nearby. We talk to the locals about the weather or how the traffic is and it makes the hours go by faster. The light inside the stall is a bit dim in the evenings but it’s enough to see what we are doing. We keep the area out front as clean as possible even though the street is busy. Most people know us by name and we know what they like without them having to say much. It is just a simple way to earn a living and stay connected to the neighborhood here on 33 Feet Road for anyone who passes by looking for a bit of a break and some conversation.
