Shaswat International

Cr-258 in Lalita Park is our spot. If you’re familiar with Laxmi Nagar, you know it’s a packed area with lots of narrow streets and people everywhere. Shaswat International is tucked away in there. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if it’s your first time, but we like the neighborhood. Our office is basically a room with some computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of international stuff, which mostly means we’re on the computer or the phone half the day. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and people shouting, but once you close the door, it’s not too bad. We have a small window that looks out over the park, though it’s more of a patch of green than a real park. Sometimes we get deliveries that take up all the floor space, so we have to climb over boxes to get to the desk. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We usually order lunch from the local place around the corner because the dal they make is pretty good. It’s just a regular small business life here in Laxmi Nagar. We work hard, deal with the Delhi heat, and try to stay on top of all the shipping dates and paperwork.
