We operate out of R 208/10 in Ramesh Park, right in the heart of Laxmi Nagar. Our business is mostly focused on export, which means we spend a lot of time dealing with boxes, tape, and shipping labels. It’s not a glamorous job, and our office is usually packed to the ceiling with items waiting to be sent abroad. Laxmi Nagar is a very crowded area, and Ramesh Park has its own frantic energy with people and deliveries moving constantly. We have to keep track of a lot of rules and paperwork to make sure everything gets through customs without a hitch. It’s just a handful of us working here, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. We don't have any fancy titles or a big corporate structure. One minute we’re on the phone with a shipping agent, and the next we’re helping load a van. Sometimes things get lost in transit or delayed at the docks, and those are the stressful days. But for the most part, we just keep our heads down and get the orders out. We’ve been in this Ramesh Park location for quite a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We don't do much in the way of promotion; most of our clients find us through the trade. It’s honest, steady work and we try to do it right.
