You can find us at 73/74 West Guru Angad Nagar. We are right in the middle of Laxmi Nagar, which is a place that never really stays quiet. Rajasthani Snacks Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a while now. The first thing you notice when you get close is the smell of frying oil and spices. It gets really hot in the back where the big pans are, especially during the summer months. We have people coming in and out all day, mostly delivery guys or workers moving bags of flour and lentils. The floor is always a bit slippery, no matter how much we clean it, and there is a constant hum from the exhaust fans. We started small, just making a few batches of snacks, and it grew from there. Now the whole space is filled with boxes stacked up to the ceiling. We don't have a big showroom or a nice waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the staff checking the weight of the packets. Laxmi Nagar is a maze, so sometimes the delivery drivers get lost looking for West Guru Angad Nagar. We just shout out the door to guide them in. It’s a lot of manual work, getting the crunch right and making sure nothing burns. We just do our thing and hope people like the taste. The radio is usually playing in the background, but you can barely hear it over the fryers.
