Being so close to the market means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. We started this because we know how to handle food for groups of people. Inside the shop, there is always the smell of something cooking or sweets being prepared for the day. It is not a very big space, but we make it work for everything we need to do. We deal with a lot of local orders for small parties and family get-togethers in the Kailash Nagar area. Most of the time, we are busy in the back making sure the kitchen is running and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes the lane gets narrow with the delivery carts, but we have managed to stay here for a long time. People around Gali No-9 know us by name, and we just provide what they ask for. We do not have any big corporate goals, we just want to keep the kitchen going and make sure the food is decent for whoever is buying it.
