If you come down to Sai Chowk in Patpar Ganj, you’ll find us at C-3 on the Main Road. Madhu Vihar is always crowded with people, so there’s always something happening right outside the front door. We’ve been making sweets here for quite a few years now. The morning starts early with the milk arriving, and then the big iron pans get going on the heat. It’s hot work, especially during the summer months when the air is thick. Singla Sweets is basically just a local spot where people stop by for a quick bite or to take a box of treats home for their families. We make all the usual stuff like laddoos, gulab jamun, and barfi. Some days are much busier than others, especially when there’s a big festival coming up on the calendar. Then we barely have time to sit down or even take a break. The staff has been here a long time, so we all know exactly what needs to be done. It’s a simple shop, nothing too flashy or modern. We just focus on getting the sugar levels right and making sure the snacks stay fresh on the shelf. People know the address at C-3 because it's right on the main road and easy to spot. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to park, but people still manage to come in. We’re just regular people making food for the neighborhood.
