Aggarwal Sweet Place P Ltd Kachha Pakka Resta

Our shop is right here in East Azad Nagar, specifically at A-45/2. If you know the Swarn Cinema Road in Krishna Nagar, you probably passed us many times. It’s a busy area in Shahdara and the street is always full of people moving around. We have the sweet shop and the restaurant part, which we call Aggarwal Sweet Place P Ltd Kachha Pakka Resta. It is a bit of a mouthful of a name, but that is what it says on the papers. We spend most of our time getting the displays ready and making sure the food is out for people. This part of Delhi can get quite crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or heading home from work. The building isn’t brand new, but it works for what we do. We have been here on this road for a good stretch of time now. We see families coming in for snacks and people picking up boxes of sweets for whatever they are celebrating at home. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but inside we just keep busy with the trays and the customers. It’s a simple setup with tables and chairs. We don’t really do anything flashy. It's just us working in the kitchen and at the counter, day in and day out, making sure there is enough for everyone who stops by our corner. Usually, the smell of frying snacks fills the air by late afternoon.
