You can find us over at H No- J 17 in East Vinod Nagar. It is in Gali No. 2, which is a pretty normal residential street around here. We are on the 3rd floor of the building. Prabal Pratap Singh Foods & Resturantprivate Limited has been operating from this spot for some time now. Being on the third floor means there are a lot of stairs to climb every day, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is mostly families and small local shops. It is not like a big commercial hub or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food ready and handled from here. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding the exact house because the lanes in East Vinod Nagar can be a bit confusing if you are not from around here. We try to explain it to them by telling them it is near the main road but inside the second gali. It is a quiet enough place to work from. There is not much signage or anything flashy outside. We just have our small setup where we manage everything. It is just a group of us working together to keep the business going day by day. We stay busy with orders and paperwork most of the time. It is a simple life here in this part of Delhi.
