Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is located in Trilok Puri, right near Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It’s at E36 B/37. It's a busy neighborhood and we're right in the thick of it all. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work for us. Most of the day is spent around the ovens, which means it gets very hot in the kitchen, especially during the dinner rush. We have a few tables for people who want to sit down and eat, but a lot of our work is for delivery. The scooters are always zooming in and out of the alleyway. The walls have the usual posters, but they’re starting to peel at the edges a bit. We’ve got a small team and we’re usually running around trying to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the order machine glitches and we have to write things down by hand on scraps of paper. It’s a bit chaotic when it’s raining, because everyone wants a pizza then and the drivers get wet. We know a lot of the families in Trilok Puri by now. They’ve been coming here for years for their treats. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in suits or anything. It’s just a place to get some food. We keep the floor swept and the counters wiped, but it's a working kitchen so it's never perfectly quiet. We just focus on getting the dough ready.
