New Selhi Sweet Dipartment Stor

Our shop New Selhi Sweet Dipartment Stor is in the Trilokpuri Main Market at 27/28-58. It is a bit of a mix between a place for sweets and a general store where you can get daily items. We have been in this spot for many years and my family has always run it. The market is a very busy place and there is never a quiet moment from morning to night. We have shelves filled with all sorts of things and it takes a lot of time to keep them organized. Sometimes the boxes are stacked too high and we have to be careful not to knock them over. We don't have a professional cleaning crew so we do all the sweeping and dusting ourselves. The sign outside is a little faded from the sun but everyone in Trilokpuri knows who we are. We get a lot of regulars who come in for their morning supplies or to buy something sweet for a celebration. We don't have a fancy computer system to track our sales. We just write things down in a big ledger book. The overhead light buzzes a bit but it is bright enough for us to see what we are doing. Working at 27/28-58 means we are right in the heart of the community. It is a lot of work and our backs often hurt by the end of the day but it is our family business.
