Narula Namkeen Bhandar

Narula Namkeen Bhandar is located at 207 in the Lal Quarter market of Krishna Nagar. This market is always bustling, and we’ve been part of it for quite some time. We sell different kinds of namkeens and snacks. Most of what we have is what people like to eat with their evening tea. We keep things fresh, or at least we try to, by getting small batches regularly. The shop is usually crowded in the evenings when everyone comes out for their daily shopping. It’s a small space, so you might have to wait a bit if there are a few people ahead of you. We don't have any fancy packaging or big brand names. It’s just good, simple snacks sold by the kilo or in small packets. My father started this, and now we just keep it going. We know which auntie likes which mixture and who prefers the spicy stuff. It’s a very local vibe here. Sometimes the weather affects how much we sell, but overall, it’s steady work. We don't do any home delivery or online stuff yet. You just have to come down to Lal Quarter and find us. The shop hasn't changed much over the years, and we like it that way. It’s a familiar place for many. We don't have a big sign, but the smell of the fried snacks usually guides people right to our counter.
