Being near the Lakshmi Nagar Metro Station means there is always a lot of movement around our place. You can hear the trains every few minutes and see the crowds coming down the stairs. We are right here in Lakshmi Nagar, which is a really crowded part of the city but it has everything you need within walking distance. Our kitchen space isn't huge, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time just getting things ready and making sure everything is in its place. The morning rush is the loudest part of the day. We have a few people who help out with the cooking and the deliveries. It’s a bit messy sometimes, especially when we are in the middle of a big batch of orders, but we manage to keep it moving. The walls are a plain color and the floor is just standard tile. We didn't hire an interior designer or anything fancy like that. It's just a workspace. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. We focus on the daily routine and keeping things going. The location is the main thing really, because it’s so easy for people to find us since the metro is right there. It feels like a very local, neighborhood business because we see the same faces every day walking to work or heading home. It's just us doing our thing in this little corner of the city. We close up once the last orders are done.
