Mithlam Foods (Opc) Private Limited is our small operation here in Mayur Vihar Phase-3. We are located in the DDA SFS Flats, specifically Flat No-2D in Pocket-A. It’s a residential area, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We handle everything from this one spot. Being an OPC means it’s a tight-knit thing, mostly just focusing on getting the food side of the business right. The flats here are decent, and we’ve set up our workspace to be as efficient as possible. It’s not a shiny office building in a business park, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure orders are correct. Mayur Vihar is a big place, and being in Phase-3 means we see a lot of the local life every day. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just do the work ourselves. Sometimes the neighbors pop by to say hello. It’s that kind of place. We keep our paperwork organized and try to stay ahead of the schedule. We don't really believe in big corporate slogans. We just want to make sure the food we deal with is handled properly. We’ve lived in Delhi for a long time, so we know how things work here. It is just about being consistent and showing up every morning to get things done without any extra fuss.
