Matrica Restaurants Llp is based out of Pocket A 1 in Mayur Vihar, Phase 3. It’s over in East Delhi, a place that feels a bit more residential than the middle of the city. Our address is 4 A, and we’ve been using this spot as our home base for the business. It’s a simple setup where we handle all the restaurant operations. We don’t have a big front desk or a receptionist greeting people. It’s usually just one of us opening the door if someone stops by. Most of the day is spent handling the boring but necessary parts of running a food business, like permits and paperwork. The area around Phase 3 is pretty decent, though the traffic on the main roads can be a headache in the evenings. We like the fact that we’re tucked away in a pocket rather than on a busy main street. It gives us a bit of peace to get things done. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big, polished company because we really aren’t. We’re just a few people who know the restaurant game and are trying to make it work. The office is functional, with a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning and try to do a good job until it’s time to go home.
