Khansama The Chef

Khansama The Chef is based in New Ashok Nagar, right in RS Tower at shop number 1/5. We are very easy to find if you are coming by the Delhi metro because we are right near Pillar Number 156. We are also opposite the East End Apartment, so we get a lot of people from there coming in. Being in 110096 means it is always busy and there are always people moving around at all hours. We started this place because we wanted to have a small kitchen in this part of the city. It’s not a massive restaurant with a lot of staff; it’s more of a personal project. We spend most of our time in the kitchen and don’t really worry about fancy decorations or anything like that. The shop is small and practical. We just want to serve food that tastes like it was made with some care. Delhi has so many places to eat, but we try to just be a reliable local option for the people in New Ashok Nagar. We aren't part of some big franchise. It’s just us here at the tower, doing our thing every day. Whether you are coming from the metro or just live across the street, we try to make sure you get something good to eat. It’s hard work keeping a small place going in the city, but we really enjoy the process.
