You’ll find us at 80 Main Road in Chandar Nagar. This is where all the cooking and prep work happens for Jeet Caterers. It’s a busy kitchen and it gets pretty hot in there, especially during the summer months when we have big orders. We started doing catering because we liked the work, even though it’s physically exhausting. We spend our mornings getting fresh ingredients from the market and our afternoons prepping everything for the next day. Chandar Nagar is a good neighborhood, and being on the main road makes it easier for the delivery vans to get in and out. We aren't a huge company with a marketing team. It’s just us and a few cooks who have been with us for many years. We handle weddings, small parties, and sometimes just local gatherings. There’s a lot of lifting heavy pots and cleaning up after everyone has gone home at night. We don't use fancy labels or high-end packaging. We just focus on making sure the food is ready on time and that there’s enough for everyone to eat. Sometimes we run out of something or a delivery is late, but we always figure it out. It’s just how it is in the food business. We don't have a polished story to tell anyone. We just cook, pack the trucks, and head out to the next event. It’s honest work and it keeps us very busy.
