We’ve been here at Patparganj Market 13 for quite a while now. Jain Bhavan is mostly just a spot where people come for their functions and small get-togethers. It isn't a fancy place with gold walls, but it does the job for anyone looking to host something in the neighborhood. Usually, folks come by to check the dates and see if the hall is free for their specific needs. We try to keep things clean and ready for whoever is coming in next. Sometimes the market gets a bit crowded, especially on weekends, so parking can be a bit of a headache around here. We just manage the daily bookings and make sure the lights and fans are working when guests arrive. It's a simple setup. Nothing too complicated about it. People know where we are since we are right in the heart of the market area. We don't really do much advertising because everyone around Patparganj already knows the address. We spend most of our time just tidying up after events and making sure the water supply is okay. It is a local place for local people. If you walk past number 13, you will see the gate. It stays busy during the wedding season, but otherwise, it is just a quiet building waiting for the next family to show up. We like being part of the community here. There’s a small office near the entrance where someone usually sits to take down names and numbers in a thick register. It's nothing fancy, just a room with a few chairs.
