Imtiyaz Pan Shop

We are located in Janakpuri C3, specifically at A/92 B on Pankha Road. If you know the area, you know how busy Pankha Road can get with all the buses and cars going by at all hours. Our pan shop is just a small corner where we do our work every day. It’s not a big setup, just enough for the ingredients and a bit of space for us to stand. People stop their scooters or cars for a quick minute just to get something before moving on with their commute. The evenings are usually the busiest because everyone is heading home and wants to relax after a long day. We’ve been at A/92 B for quite some time now, so the locals all know us by face. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic right there, but you get used to it after a while. We spend a lot of time preparing the leaves and keeping things tidy, though it’s a constant battle with the dust from the road outside. Janakpuri is a big place, but our little section feels like a small village sometimes because we see the same people every single day. We don't have any big corporate plans or anything like that. We just open up, serve the people who come by, and watch the world go by on Pankha Road. It’s a simple way to spend the day, and it works for us.
