Herbistic Foods Llp

Our place is in Mehrauli, tucked away in what people call Readymade wali gali. We are in Plot 341, Flat Number 1 of the Inder Apartment building. It is a narrow street, so it can be a bit tricky for cars to get through. We focus on different food products. Most of what we do involves herbs and other natural ingredients. We spend our time sorting through leaves and drying things out on trays. Mehrauli is a very old part of the city. You can feel that history when you walk around the lanes. Our flat is on the lower level. This is good for moving our supplies in and out without using many stairs. It is usually just two or three of us working together. We have big jars and bags sitting everywhere. Sometimes the smell of dried mint or basil is very strong. We like it that way. We do not have a fancy office with big desks or computers. We mostly work on the main table in the center of the room. We source things from local markets when we can. It is a lot of manual work, like cleaning the herbs by hand. We have been here for a while and the neighbors in Inder Apartment are used to us being around. We try not to make too much noise during the day. Life in Mehrauli moves fast, but we take our time.
