Gupta Chaat Corner

You can find Gupta Chaat Corner at A Block Market 1 in Preet Vihar. It is right on the corner, which makes it easy to spot. We are a small local operation. I started this shop because I wanted to work for myself. We do not have a big fancy interior. There are just some counters and a few spots to stand. It is a very local vibe. People from the A Block come here almost every evening. We know who likes more spice and who wants things sweet. That is the benefit of being a neighborhood shop. We make our chutneys fresh every morning. You can taste the difference when things are not from a jar. The market gets quite lively when the sun sets. We are right in the middle of that energy. We do not have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make good chaat. The floors are a bit worn down from all the feet passing through. We keep the stainless steel shiny though. Working in Preet Vihar has been good to us. It is a friendly area. We are not part of some big chain. It is just us at Market 1. If you are out doing your shopping, you will probably see us. We are the ones with the big bowls of yogurt and tamarind water ready to go.
