Food Fantasy Caterers

Our kitchen is located at P-35/36 in Pandav Nagar, right in Mayur Vihar Phase I. It’s a busy place, especially on weekends when there are more events happening around the city. We spend a lot of time preparing ingredients and getting the big pots ready for cooking. It’s not just about the cooking, though; there’s a lot of packing and loading involved too. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do without being told. The space gets quite cramped when we have a big order to get out of the door. You’ll often see our vans parked outside being loaded with crates and utensils. We don’t have a big front office or a place for people to sit and eat. It’s mostly just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the orders come in late, and we have to stay up through the night to make sure everything is ready by morning. It’s hard work, and your back usually aches by the end of the shift. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we’ve learned how to handle the pressure when things get hectic. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way every single day. We’re just local people working in the food business, trying to get things where they need to go on time.
