Flashbolt Restaurant Private Limited

Our place is right there on the ground floor of J and K-Block in Laxmi Nagar. If you know the area, it’s number 25. We are pretty close to Ricky Property, which most people use as a landmark when they are lost around here. Laxmi Nagar can be a bit of a maze with all the small lanes and people everywhere, but once you find J-Block, it’s easy. We started Flashbolt Restaurant because we wanted to be in this part of town. It gets very busy during the day. Sometimes the traffic outside is just too much, but that’s just how it is in Delhi. The shop isn't fancy. We have some chairs and the kitchen is right there. We spend most of our time just making sure everything is clean and the food is ready for whoever walks in. It’s a local spot. People from the nearby offices come by often. We know a few of them by name now. The lighting inside is okay, nothing special, just some tube lights and a fan that makes a bit of noise when it's on high. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working together every day. Sometimes the delivery bikes take up all the space out front. We try to keep it organized, but it’s a struggle. That’s pretty much the whole story of us being here in Laxmi Nagar. We don't have any big plans to expand or anything, we just like it here in this block.
