Fast Food

Our little food joint is at 9-A in Gali Number 1, over here in Lakshmi Nagar. It’s a busy street, and we are right in the thick of it. We serve quick meals for people who are on their lunch breaks or students looking for something cheap and filling. The kitchen is small, so it gets pretty hot back there, but we keep the orders moving as fast as we can. We don't have a lot of seating, so many people just take their food to go. We keep the menu simple because that’s what works best for us and our customers. You won’t find anything fancy or gourmet here, just honest food that tastes like it should. We get our ingredients from the local vendors every morning to make sure everything is fresh for the day. Sometimes the lane gets crowded with bikes and people, but that’s just part of being in Lakshmi Nagar. We’ve been at this spot for a few years now and have gotten to know the people who live and work nearby. We don't bother with fancy signs or decorations. We just focus on the stove and the orders coming in. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy seeing the same faces coming back every week for their favorite dish.
