Dana Pani Food Plaza

Our place, Dana Pani Food Plaza, is at B-1-60 in New Kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase III. This part of the city is mostly residential, so we see a lot of families coming in, especially in the evenings when nobody feels like cooking at home. We have a mix of different types of food on the menu because everyone in a family usually wants something different. The dining area is simple with sturdy tables and chairs that can handle a lot of use. We don't have dim lighting or soft music; it’s just a bright, functional space for eating. The kitchen stays quite busy with home delivery orders too. We have a couple of delivery bikes parked outside most of the time. It can get a bit chaotic when the phone is ringing and the tables are full, but we do our best to keep up. We don't use any secret recipes or special techniques. It’s just standard cooking like you’d find in many homes. We’ve been here for a while now, and we know which neighbors like their food spicy and who prefers it mild. It’s a nice community to be part of. We just focus on keeping the kitchen clean and the customers fed. Dana Pani is just a regular food spot for the local people here, and that’s fine with us. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just feeding folks every day.
