Brij Nandni Foods

Our place, Brij Nandni Foods, is tucked away in New Ashok Nagar on Plot No. 233. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential houses around us in the New Colony. If you're looking for us, the Hanuman Mandir is the best landmark to use. You can usually hear the bells from the temple in the morning while we’re getting the first batches ready. It’s not a huge operation. We work out of a modest space, and most of the neighbors know us by name now. The streets can get a bit cramped when deliveries arrive, so we try to move fast so we don’t block anyone’s way. Inside, it’s mostly just us doing the prep work and packing. It gets warm in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or they heard about us from someone else at the market. It’s a simple setup. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes it feels like we’re always out of space, but we make it work. It’s a good spot to be, near the temple and the local folks. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing much. It’s just honest work in a neighborhood we like.
