You can find Brewbakes Events & Caterers Private Limited down in the lower ground floor of Shiv Arcade. It’s right in Acharya Niketan in Mayur Vihar-1. Being in East Delhi means things are always moving fast. We handle a lot of different events. Sometimes it's a small birthday and other times it's something bigger. Our basement space is where all the planning and cooking happens. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered, but we make it work. We’ve been in this spot for a while. The neighbors in the arcade are friendly enough. We spend most of our time worrying about menus and making sure the stoves are working right. It’s a lot of lifting crates and washing giant pots. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We try to stay organized, even when the orders start piling up. The traffic around Mayur Vihar can be tough, so we have to plan our deliveries carefully. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of the action happens in the back where the heat is. It’s a team effort every day. We just show up, do the prep, and get the food out to where it needs to go. We might forget to answer the phone sometimes when things are boiling, but we always get back to people as soon as we can. It’s just how we operate.
