Bobby Tikki Wala

I've been running Bobby Tikki Wala here in Krishna Nagar at D-3/1 for a good while now. It started small, just a little spot where I could make some tikkis and snacks for the people walking by. If you know this part of the neighborhood, you know it gets busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. I spend most of my day getting the potatoes ready and making sure the chutneys are right. It isn't a fancy place with big signs or anything like that. Just a simple shop where we focus on the food. People from around here stop by after work or while they are shopping to grab a quick bite. Some have been coming for years, and I know their orders before they even say anything. It’s a lot of work standing by the hot tawa all day, but it’s what I do. The address is easy to find if you are familiar with the block. We try to keep things clean and serve things hot. There are no big secrets here, just the same way of making things every day. Sometimes it gets crowded and people have to wait, but that’s just how it is when things are busy. I’m usually there from the afternoon until late at night, making sure everything is handled. It’s just me and a couple of guys keeping the place going. We don't do deliveries or anything complicated, just walk-ins like always.
