We are located right in the middle of the Shaheed Ashfaqullah Khan Fish Market in Ghazipur, at shop A-22. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know it’s loud, wet, and very busy, especially early in the morning when the fresh stock arrives. We deal with food supplies here. It’s a gritty place to work, but it’s honest work that we’ve done for a long time. We spend our days handling stock and talking to customers who are looking for fresh products for their own shops or kitchens. Our shop isn't big; it’s mostly just enough room for the inventory and a small counter where we handle the cash. There’s always the smell of the market in the air, which you get used to after a while. We don't have a website or a fancy sign with lights. It’s just the shop number A-22 painted on the front. People know us by sight because we’ve been here in Ghazipur for quite a bit. We get our shipments in, we sort them out, and we sell them. It’s a very direct way of doing business. No middle management or complicated digital systems. Just food and the people who want to buy it. It gets muddy when it rains, and the traffic around the market can be a nightmare, but that’s just how it is. We start our day before the sun comes up most times. It’s a tough environment but we’ve built our life around this market stall.
