We are located out in Bankura district, specifically in G.Ghati. Our office is right on Post Office Road, sharing space with B. Majhi. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. Being near the post office means we see a lot of the local traffic and people coming into town for their errands. We represent Lafarge India Pvt Ltd here, but we aren't some big city office with dozens of staff. It’s just a local hub where we handle the logistics and sales for this part of West Bengal. The road can get a bit muddy when it rains, and it’s always a bit noisy with the trucks passing through G.Ghati. We spend our days mostly on the phone or writing out receipts. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for all the construction happening around Bankura. We know most of the people who come by regularly. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk; we just tell people what’s available and when it can be delivered. The office is small and filled with files, and there’s usually a tea cup sitting on someone’s desk. It feels like a part of the community here. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and we’ve grown used to the rhythm of the town. It’s a decent place to work, and we just focus on getting the day's tasks finished without any trouble. That is enough for us. We don't need much more than that.
