Sivaprasad Hotel

Sivaprasad Hotel has been around Gavali Galli in Old Hubli for a good while now. If you know this part of Hubli, you know it gets pretty crowded, especially being so close to Nealkanta Matta. Our place is simple. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It’s just a regular hotel where people come to eat and go about their day. We start early in the morning because the neighborhood wakes up early. There is always something to do, whether it’s cleaning the tables or getting things ready in the back. The building shows its age a bit, but we keep it tidy enough for everyone who drops by. Most of our visitors are people living nearby or workers from around Old Hubli who just want a quick meal without any fuss. You’ll find us right there in the lane. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but inside it’s just the usual sounds of plates and people talking. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s a local spot, plain and simple. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but Gavali Galli stays pretty much the same. People come in, they know what to expect, and we just keep the kitchen running. It’s honest work for us every day. We aren't looking to win prizes; we just want to make sure the food is ready when the doors open.
