Biriyani Paradise

Biriyani Paradise is over at Moshin Mansion, house number 52 on Taj Nagar Main Road in Hubli. We are situated right near the Presidence Hotel in the Unkal area. It is a decent enough spot, and people seem to find their way to us easily when they are coming down the main road. We have been here for a bit, and it is mostly a family-run operation. We do not have any of that corporate training or fancy uniforms you see in the big chains. We are just local people who know how to work a kitchen. The building, Moshin Mansion, has several other small businesses inside, so there are always people coming and going throughout the day. We get a mix of travelers who are staying at the nearby hotels and the regulars who live around Taj Nagar. Our kitchen is small, but we manage to get everything cooked on time most days. We do not use any high-tech equipment, just the same heavy pots and pans we have always used. Occasionally we have to deal with the usual power cuts or water issues that happen in Hubli, but we just work through it. It isn't a fancy place to sit and eat, but the tables are clean and the chairs are comfortable enough for a quick meal. We aren't trying to do anything grand, just making a living and providing a place to eat. If you are walking through Unkal, you will see our sign.
