Bavani Savaji Daba

You’ll find Bavani Savaji Daba over in the Waddatti Building on Kusugal Road. We’re located in Hubli, in the 580020 area. Kusugal Road is a busy stretch, and we get a lot of people stopping in while they’re on their way somewhere else. Our place isn't anything fancy, just a traditional Savaji spot where we focus on the food we know how to make. The building is a simple one, and we keep things pretty basic inside. We spend most of our day in the back getting the spices right and making sure everything is prepped. It’s a lot of hard work and the kitchen gets pretty hot, especially during the busy hours. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local business trying to make a living. You’ll often see us chatting with customers or just keeping an eye on the road. The traffic on Kusugal Road never really seems to stop, so there’s always something happening outside. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just open the doors, cook the food, and hope people enjoy their meal. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s a particularly busy day, but we do our best to keep up. It’s a straightforward life here in Hubli. If you’re looking for a place that’s just a regular daba without any of the extra stuff, that’s us. We’ve been at this for a while and plan to stay right here in the Waddatti Building.
