Shringar Bar & Restaurant

We've been here on Station Road for a good while now. Being right across from the Hubli railway station means it’s always busy. You see people dragging suitcases and checking their watches constantly. It’s a bit noisy with the trains and the traffic, but that’s just how it is around here. Shringar Bar & Restaurant isn't anything fancy. We have the usual tables and the staff knows most of the regulars who stop by after a long shift. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or a delivery is late, but we just keep going. It gets crowded in the evenings when folks are looking to wind down before heading home. We started this because there was a need for a place where someone could sit without too much fuss. Most days I’m just making sure the stock is right and the kitchen is moving. We don't spend money on big signs or bright lights. The floor gets a bit scuffed from all the boots coming in from the platform. It feels real. People talk loud, eat their food, and then catch their next ride. My cousin helps out with the accounts when things get messy. It’s a lot of work, especially in the heat, but having a spot right here in the middle of everything in Hubli makes it worth the trouble. We just try to keep the doors open and the drinks ready for whoever walks in next.
