Lamington Road South is always a busy place in Hubli, and we are right there in Karive Arket. Being opposite the corporation building means there is a lot of movement all day long. We start our mornings by pulling up the shutters and getting the kitchen ready. It is not a fancy place with expensive decorations, just a regular spot where people come to eat. The tables are simple and we keep them clean. You can hear the traffic and the people talking outside on Lamington Road while you sit here. We have been at this address for a long time now. The staff knows most of the people who come in by their first names. It gets quite crowded during the lunch hour when everyone from the nearby offices comes over. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular cooking. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but that is just how things are in this part of town. We spend a lot of our time making sure the food is ready on time. There is no big marketing team here, just us working every day. We focus on getting the daily tasks done. The building has aged over the years, but it feels like home to us. We see the same faces every morning for tea.
