Shivaprasad Hotel

You can find Shivaprasad Hotel over on CBT Road in Hubli, specifically near the Bandiwade Base area. We are right near the main bus stand, so this part of town is always moving. There is a lot of noise from the buses and people shouting, but that is just the way it is on CBT Road. We have been here for a good while, serving the people who are passing through or working in the nearby shops. Our hotel is not fancy at all. It is a bit old-fashioned, with simple tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We wake up early to start the day before the first buses start rolling in. It is a lot of scrubbing pots and sweeping the front entrance. We get a lot of regulars who work in the market and just want a quick, reliable meal before they head back to their stalls. We do not do any big advertising or anything like that. People just know we are here. Sometimes the heat in Hubli gets to be a bit much, but we keep the fans going and keep working. It is a family-type atmosphere among the staff. We all know each other's business and we help out when things get busy. It is just a plain hotel in a very busy part of Hubli. We just focus on getting the food out on time and keeping the floor clean.
