Shiva Guru Restaurant

Our little place is located on Ub Hill Street, right in the Ub Hills area of Dharwad. If you know where the DC Compound is, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a nice part of town, maybe a bit quieter than the main center but still gets busy during office hours. We get a lot of people working nearby who come in for a quick lunch or a tea break. The building isn't brand new, but it's got character and we've done our best to make it comfortable inside. My family has been in Dharwad for a long time, so we know the area well. We didn't want to open something corporate or cold. This is just a regular restaurant where you can sit and talk. Sometimes the morning rush is a bit much, especially when everyone wants their coffee at the exact same time. We just do our thing and try to keep up. The kitchen is always busy with something cooking. We don't do anything too complicated with the food, just the kind of meals we grew up eating ourselves. It feels good to see the same neighbors coming in every day. It's not just about the business, it's about being part of the Ub Hills community. We're usually here from early morning until late evening, making sure things are running the way they should.
