Shambhavi restuorent

Shambhavi restuorent is located in the Shambhavi building, right at number 01 in Vidyagiri. Dharwad is a nice place to be, and this area has a lot of energy. We are usually busy with people coming in from the nearby streets. The building itself is easy to spot once you are in the Vidyagiri part of town. Inside, the setup is very basic. We have some tables and the kitchen is right there in the back where we do all the cooking. The floor is plain tile and we keep it swept throughout the day. People come in, eat their food, and then go about their business. It is not a place for sitting around for hours, though some people do stay to talk. We have a few windows that let in the light during the afternoon. The staff is just a few of us who have been here for a while. We don't use any fancy systems, just paper and pens for taking notes. It gets a bit loud when the room is full, but that is just how it goes in a restaurant. We have been in Dharwad long enough to know the local rhythm. On rainy days, the smell of the damp earth comes in through the door. We just keep things running as they are. There are no big plans to change anything because what we have works for us and the people who visit. It is just our regular daily routine and we like it.
