Royal Palace

Our building is located in the Vidyagiri area of Gandhinagar in Dharwad. We are quite close to JSS College, so we see a lot of students and parents walking around the neighborhood. The place is mostly used for functions and staying over when there is an event in town. It is a simple structure with a few floors. The rooms inside have the basics like beds and a small cupboard for your clothes. We do not have fancy decorations, just plain walls and regular lights. Sometimes we host small parties or gatherings in the common hall downstairs. It can get a bit noisy when there is music playing, but it usually ends at a decent hour so people can sleep. The staff consists of just a few of us who handle the cleaning and the front desk duties. There is a small garden area outside that we try to keep neat, though the weeds grow fast during the rainy season. If you are looking for the place, just head toward the college and you will see our sign on the street. The water pressure in the showers can be a little low on the top floor if everyone is using it at once. It is a quiet enough neighborhood otherwise. Most people come here because it is affordable and close to the school for exams or visits. There are a couple of small shops nearby where you can get snacks or tea.
