Panchratan Veg Restaurant

We are located at Unit No. A-125 in the basement of the I T Park on Hosur Road. This is in the Deshpandenagar area of Hubli, right opposite the Indira Gandhi Glass House. Since we are in the basement, it’s a bit of a different vibe than the shops on the street level. It stays a little cooler down here, which is helpful. We mostly serve the people who work in the offices upstairs and families who are visiting the Glass House across the road. Our restaurant is a vegetarian place and we keep things very simple. The furniture is functional and we don't have any expensive decor on the walls. We get here early every day to start prepping the kitchen. It’s just a small team of us doing the work. We don’t have a big budget for ads, so we just rely on people finding us while they’re at the I T Park. Sometimes it gets really busy during the lunch hour when everyone comes down from their desks. We have to work quickly to make sure everyone gets back to work on time. The tiled floors need a lot of mopping to keep them looking okay. We’ve been here since the building was first occupied. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but we just keep going. We close up in the evening once the offices upstairs start to empty out for the day. We make sure the stove is off and head home.
