Minerva bar and restaurant

Minerva bar and restaurant is on Gokul Road in Hubli, right near the Life Line hospital. We are also pretty close to the airport road and the new bus stand, so we get a lot of people coming in who are just passing through town. It’s a place where you can sit down for a drink and have some food without any extra pressure. We’ve been here in the 580030 area for a while now, and we have a decent group of regulars who come in most nights. The atmosphere is just regular, nothing too fancy or loud. We have a menu that covers the basics, mostly local dishes that people enjoy when they are out with friends. The kitchen can get a bit hectic on the weekends when the tables fill up, but that is just how the business goes. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a few years. We don't spend much time on decorations or trying to look like a big city lounge. It is just a bar and a restaurant where the chairs are comfortable and the beer is cold. Sometimes we have to deal with the noise from the bus stand or the traffic on Gokul Road, but inside it is usually okay. We just try to provide a decent spot for a meal and a rest for whoever walks through the door.
