We set up shop in Lingraj Nagar right near the Banashankari auto stand. If you know the veg market in Hubli, you know exactly where we are on the road to Vidyanagar. It’s a busy little area, especially in the mornings. We spend most of our time at Siddeshwar Park making sure the pots are ready. Biryani takes time to get right, and we don’t like to rush it. Usually, the smell of the spices starts hitting the street by noon. We aren't a big fancy restaurant with air conditioning everywhere. It’s just a practical place to eat. Our family runs things, and we all have our own jobs to do. Someone handles the rice, another person deals with the customers. Sometimes the line gets long near the auto stand, but we try to move fast. The furniture is simple and we keep things clean. It’s hard work, honestly. We are on our feet from early morning until the last plate is gone. People in Hubli know what they like to eat, so we try not to let them down. We don’t spend money on big signs or anything. We just focus on what’s happening in the kitchen. It’s a local business, through and through. We’ve been here in Lingarajnagar for a bit now and we like the crowd. We hope you like the food.
