Manawar Harsiddhi Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is based in Doncha. We are right by the Parfect School, near the MP Rajya Gramin Aajivika Mission office. Manawar is our home and we’ve been working here with the local women farmers for some time now. Our work is pretty straightforward. We look at what the farmers are growing and try to find ways to make it more efficient for everyone. It’s not always easy because resources can be thin in this part of the country. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It’s more like a group of neighbors working toward the same thing. The address is 454446. Some days are spent in the office handling the books, and other days we are out talking to people in the fields. The school nearby means it gets a bit noisy in the afternoons when the kids leave, but we like the energy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make things a bit better for the families in Doncha. We deal with seeds, harvest schedules, and all the usual farming stuff. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have had our share of struggles, like any small business, but we keep showing up. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea and talking about the next crop cycle. It’s just how we do things here and we don't plan on changing that.
