We are up on the second floor at 11 E in the Chirag area. Yatrafiesta is basically just a few of us in a room with a bunch of computers and stacks of brochures that we probably should organize better. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We handle travel bookings and all the paperwork that comes with it. Some days it is just quiet, and other days everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels or checking if flights are on time. It is not a big corporate setup, just a local office where we know the people who walk in. Chirag is a busy place, and we like being part of the neighborhood. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the building number. Most of our work is just checking details over and over again. Mistakes are annoying, so we try to stay focused even when the tea guy comes by and starts chatting. We have seen a lot of changes in how people travel since we started. Everything is digital now, but we still keep some paper records just in case something goes wrong. It is a small operation, and we like it that way. No big meetings, just work and planning for people.
