We are located over on Ghati Road, specifically at Street No. 1 in the Anand Parbat area. It is a busy part of Than Singh Nagar. If you look for building number 397, you will find us there. The office isn't very large, but we fit what we need inside. There are always maps and papers pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the computer looking at flights and bus schedules. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic on Ghati Road, but we are used to it by now. People come in wanting to go somewhere for a break. We look at what is available and tell them the price. It is not complicated. Sometimes people change their minds ten times before they book anything. That is just part of the job. We have been in this spot for a while, so the locals know us. We don't do big TV ads or anything. Most people just walk in because they saw the sign or heard from a friend. We handle the bookings and try to make sure the dates line up right. Travel can be messy with delays and cancellations, so we deal with those phone calls too. It is just a small office trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We just do our work and go home.
