Travel Assisto

Our place, Travel Assisto, is tucked away at No. 35 in the Om Vihar Extension area of D. K. Mohan Garden. It is a quiet residential pocket, so it does not feel like those big busy offices in the city center. We have been working from here for a while now, helping people figure out their trips and tickets. The office is basically just a room with some desks, computers, and a lot of printed itineraries lying around. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional ring of a mobile phone. We handle a lot of different requests, from simple train tickets to more complicated family holidays. Mohan Garden has its own vibe, and being in Om Vihar means we know the neighbors pretty well. Sometimes people just drop by to ask a quick question about a passport or a flight delay. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a small one so people know they are at the right house. The light comes in through the front window in the mornings, which is nice. We try to keep things simple and honest. It is just us here, making sure the travel plans go off without too many hiccups. It is not a glamorous job, but seeing people get excited about their travels makes the long hours worth it.
