Svdaa Trips

Svdaa Trips is based in Neta Ji Subhash Place, specifically at No. 1015 on the 10th floor of D-Mall. Being up so high gives us a pretty good view of the area, though we’re usually too busy with bookings to look out the window much. D-Mall is a busy place with lots of offices and shops, so there’s always people around. We spend our days looking at flights, hotels, and train schedules for folks who want to go somewhere. It’s a lot of clicking through websites and talking to people about where they want to go. Sometimes the systems are slow and it gets frustrating, but we get there in the end. We aren't a giant travel corporation, just a small team in an office room. We don't have any glossy brochures everywhere; most of what we do is digital now. People call us up when they’re stressed about their holiday plans, and we try to sort it out for them. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure someone’s trip goes right. We’ve had all kinds of requests, from short weekend breaks to long family trips. We just try to find something that fits what they’re looking for. If you’re in D-Mall, you can just take the lift up to the 10th floor to find us. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way.
