J-31 Basement is where we are located. It is a small spot, but we do a lot from here. Trip Deals India has been around for a bit now. We spend most of our days looking at travel routes and ticket prices on our computer screens. People come in or call us when they need to get somewhere without spending too much of their money. It is mostly just us sitting at desks, checking schedules and making sure all the travel timings line up for folks. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We do not have a fancy office or any expensive furniture. It is just a basement space where the daily work happens. We handle a lot of different requests for trips all across the country. Every day is a bit different because people want to go to different places for all sorts of reasons. Some are visiting family and others are just looking for a little break from work. We try to keep track of everything on our systems, though sometimes the internet acts up and slows us down. It is just the reality of running a small business like this. We have been at this address for a while now, so the locals know where to find us if they need help with their travel plans. We just focus on getting the details right so people can get where they are going. It is not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy.
