We are located in Room 210 of New Delhi House, right on Barakhamba Road. Being in the heart of Connaught Place means we see a lot of people and a lot of traffic every single day. Our office is where we sit and plan out trips for people coming to see India or locals going abroad. It’s a lot of phone calls to hotels and coordinating with drivers. We don’t have a flashy storefront on the ground floor; we’re up in the building where it’s a bit quieter. We spend our time looking at maps and checking train timings. It can get a bit stressful when a flight is delayed or a guest has a problem with their room, but we just handle it as it comes. We aren't about big sales pitches. We just tell people what the itinerary looks like and how much it’s going to cost. Most of us have been in the travel business for years, so we know the shortcuts and the places to avoid. Lunch is usually from one of the many spots around Barakhamba Road, which is the best part of being in this area. We keep things pretty simple and honest. If a tour isn't possible, we say so. We just want people to have a decent trip without any major hiccups. It’s a busy office, but it’s a good place to work.
