Arrival India

We have our office on the ground floor of B-558 in Sector 1, Rohini. It’s a pretty standard spot for this part of the city. We chose the ground floor because it makes it much easier for people to drop in and for us to move things in and out without dealing with stairs. Rohini Sector 1 is a mix of homes and small offices, so it feels quite local. We spend our time managing the daily tasks that come with being in the travel and arrival business. There is always a lot of coordination involved, making sure timings are right and everything is lined up. Our office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a practical space with some chairs, a couple of tables, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to running errands. Sometimes the traffic in Rohini can be a nightmare, which messes with our plans, but we've learned to work around it. We've been here for a while and we like the neighborhood. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just sit here, do the work, and talk to the people who need our help with their travel plans. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't use fancy jargon; we just tell people how it is and try to get the job done right.
